1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Healthaide's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
2. Use License
Healthaide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our white-labeled telehealth platform for your business operations, subject to these terms.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Healthaide at any time.
3. Service Description
Healthaide provides a comprehensive white-labeled telehealth platform including patient portals, provider networks, clinical workflows, pharmacy integrations, and operational automation tools.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations (HIPAA, state laws, etc.)
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
5. Payment Terms
All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected package. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Healthaide and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your white-labeled branding remains your property.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting patient data and maintaining HIPAA compliance. You retain ownership of all patient data entered into the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Healthaide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 90 days. All fees paid are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
