At Healthaide, we strive to provide exceptional white-labeled telehealth platform services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our platform within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we offer a full refund of your first month's payment.

To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of your initial sign-up date
  • Applies only to first-time customers
  • Account must not have violated our Terms & Conditions
  • Request must be submitted via email to support@healthaide.io

3. Annual Subscription Refunds

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Annual subscriptions come with an extended 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

After the 60-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will maintain access to the platform for the remainder of your paid subscription period if you choose to cancel.

4. Setup Fees and Onboarding

One-time setup fees are refundable if you request cancellation within 14 days of purchase and before the onboarding process has been completed. Once onboarding is complete and your platform is live, setup fees are non-refundable.

5. Add-On Services and Features

Add-on services and feature upgrades purchased mid-subscription are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the feature has not been actively used or integrated into your platform.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial guarantee period
  • Custom development work already completed
  • Third-party integration fees paid to external vendors
  • Transaction processing fees
  • Domain registration or SSL certificate purchases
  • Completed training or consultation sessions

7. Service Credits

If we experience significant platform downtime (exceeding our 99.9% uptime SLA), you may be eligible for service credits. Credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly fee based on the duration of the outage and applied to your next billing cycle.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your annual term
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time (except during guarantee periods)
  • You retain the ability to export your data for 90 days after cancellation

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@healthaide.io with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide your invoice number or transaction ID
  4. Our billing team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  6. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

10. Disputed Charges

If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately at support@healthaide.io before disputing the charge with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

11. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process payment up to 3 times over a 10-day period. If all attempts fail, your account will be suspended. No refunds are provided for accounts suspended due to payment failure.

12. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect refund requests already in process.
